Workpiece way: after the bending forming plate is aligned with the hydraulic jointing machine, the internal longitudinal seam welding machine can be used to complete the complete welding of the internal longitudinal seam.

The principle of the internal longitudinal seam welding machine is to use a long rod to penetrate into the inside of the power rod.
Through the combination of NB-500 type CO2 gas shielded welding machine and video camera monitoring system, the longitudinal slot (length 12000mm) of the power rod is effectively welded.
